Lewes Make 9th Somner Signing

Experience
Steve King has snapped up holding midfielder Matt Somner from Conference Premier club Mansfield Town, the 28 year old was a regular in the Mansfield side and made over 60 appearances for the club.

The experienced midfielder started his career in 2000 with Brentford where he made 84 appearances in the football league for the club. since then he has played for Camberidge, Bristol Rovers, Aldershot and Notts County, also including a spell in the under 21 Welsh international squad.

When asked about his new signing, King said he was "thrilled to sign someone of his quality".
