Hustick Makes Move To Pan

Lewes FC have added to their defensive options by signing versatile defender Max Hustwick from Kingstonian.

Versatile defender
Hustwick made over 250 appearances for Kingstonian and is 28 years old, having played in a ryman play off final before he is looking to take Lewes up to further his career as well as the clubs. Hustwick has played for Lewes before when he was a key player in the side that got in to the play offs in 2005 and 2006 but both time Lewes were barred from the play offs due to ground irregularitys.

King told Lewesfc.com : "He's an outstanding defender and he knows this league, having played 40 or 50 games a season with Kingstonian in the last two years."

"More importantly for me with the small squad I'm going to have, I need versatile players and Max can play at both right back or centre half."

Lewes boss Steve King has told us that more signings are expected this week so stay tuned for more news we will bring to you as quick as we can.
