Fulham FC have today announced that Martin Jol is to be their next manager. It has been rumoured that Chris Hughton will become his assistant manager in the near future, the roles they had together while at Tottenham. Since being fired from the Tottenham job, Jol has been managing Ajax in the dutch league.

Jol said: "I am very happy to join Fulham. It is a club with good, solid foundations and a great fan base.
"I am looking forward to being part of the Fulham family and thank the chairman for the trust shown in me."
